Q1.Do you ship internationally?
A1.We only ship domestic to 50 states.

Q2.What kind of carrier do you use?
A2.For ground ship we use United Postal Service(UPS) and for rush delivery we use DHL.Please allow  5 to 7 bussiness days for ground and 3 to 4 bussiness days for rush deliveries.

Q3.Do you accept credit card or any kind of payment.
A3.Yes we accept visa/master card and we do accept paypal service also.If you are paying by personal check or money order we accept them also by mail.

Q5.If the product arrives damaged what should i do?
Q5.Just return the damaged product to the address provided and well send you a new one.
